Spring is Coming- Tuesday Art Link Up

I'm linking up with Mel over at Frog Spot: Graphics From the Pond for her Tuesday Art Linky.  I just found this linky today so I thought I would share a couple of finished art projects we have done in the last couple of weeks. Click on the Tuesday link for more ideas!

Seriously, this is nothing more than a coloring sheet!  However, I loved how colorful they looked and I decided to mount them onto dark green paper for effect.  It is quite a dramatic look in my classroom for St. Patrick's Day.

We have been studying multiculturalism and countries AND it happens to be the arrival of Spring where I live so we combined the two and created Japanese Cherry Trees.

Yay Spring!

  2. Thanks Terri! Simple yes! Sometimes it's all about how something is mounted or the colour of backing sometimes.:)

    1. Thank you for posting the shamrocks. I've been looking for a pattern like that. Do you know where I could get a copy of it?

    1. Hi Emily and Ms. Gessner, I think my comments were being hidden and I am just seeing this now so sorry for the extra late response! That shamrock has been in my classroom for years and years and I don't know where it came from! I'm sure you can find one on Teachers Pay Teachers. Thanks for reading my blog!
